I have always babysat here and there. Three years ago, I started to nanny in the summer. I worked for a small family with two awesome little girls. From 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., we would have all sorts of fun playing games, going to the beach, etc. During the school year, I worked as a counselor-in-training at an elementary school with kids in kindergarten through fifth grade. That summer and throughout the next year, I went back to nannying the same family from before. During the school year, I would sometimes drop the girls off at school but would always pick them up from the bus stop. I would be with them until the parents came home from work. During that time, I would cook, clean as needed, and help the girls with their homework. Currently, I work as an after care counselor working with children in third through fifth grade.
