As an aside, I volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for 2 years (CASA - advocating for children who find themselves in the DCYF system).

I am a grandparent of a set of twins (3 years old) and have taken care of them one day a week from the time they were 6 weeks old while Mom and Dad worked. I am also the proud grandparent of another 3-year-old grandson and take him periodically for a day. I enjoy all of the developmental stages.
