From the age of 12 I began my work as a babysitter to a 2-year-old girl and 8-year-old boy. I would babysit them off and on whenever needed. I learned so much during that time. How to change a diaper, discipline properly, and just have fun with them

From there, at 13, I became a nursery assistant and children's church assistant. This exposed me to kids of all ages. Many of the kids I assisted in watching over were very energetic and I soon learned and adapted to their ideas of fun. This experience gave me great exposure to a range of children and taught me how to interact with a variety of personalities and ages.

In high school, I then was a nanny to two wonderful boys ages 5 and 7. I would work mainly in the summer for the family from 8-4:30. I would prepare usually both breakfast and lunch for them, do dishes, housework, and almost always enjoy a day out in the sun. There were times after receiving permission from the parents that I would take the kids out for ice cream and enjoy a day at the park.

All in all, I thoroughly enjoy working with children and love dedicating my time and energy into them.
I am currently attending college at George Fox University and looking for a full-time summer nanny job in the Newberg, Sherwood, or Tualatin area of Oregon.

I have no preference on the age of the children, although I do not have a whole lot of experience with infants. I hope you consider me to be your nanny!
