For as long as I can remember I have been in love with watching children. Some people are born to be doctors, musicians, politicians, artists, or just to be a positive impact on society. I feel that I was born to work with children. There is just a connection with children that one can make which is too impeccable to replicate. I once heard a quote of children beholding wisdom greater than adults. Their innocence and closeness to the important aspects of life humble the elder. Little people have a way of reflecting truth and honesty in a world full of such complexity. For myself, I have always been a child at heart. I believe the young spirit in my own soul is what connects me to relate with children so well. As a child I would help my mother, aunties, and family friends care for the young. I can remember at the age of nine sneaking into my mother 's makeup cabinet and dolling my younger cousins and friends to showcase a play or some sort of form of amusement with my costumes and play jewelry. I would imagine a world full of adventures and journeys to faraway places and take whoever wanted along with me. I have always been full of laughter and joy that I fully enjoy sharing with those who are silly and carefree. I often feel that children understand these simple joys more than adults.
If there is one person who could qualify for a nanny position, I exceed the depiction. I have years of experience, a list of wonderful parents/references, certification in Red Cross CPR training, and an endless love for spending times with children.
