I have worked for 3 different families through the last 7 years, some overlapping. But all positions have been long term 3 or more years with each. My most recent family I watch 4 children. I started with 4 under 4 years old. The ability to manage such young ages of children with a newborn infant in the mix has taught me multitasking at an entirely different level, where quality care has always maintained first priority. I have worked with families with extremely hectic schedules( dance, karate, baseball, swimming, play dates.) I am extremely organized and dependable and and tend to carry that into my care-giving responsibilities. I also have a very flexible schedule where I can also sit on a non designated day if need be. I honestly believe that a face to face interview can be so much more helpful in determining if I am a right fit. How I interact with children at all ages, and my ability to relate to every child separately in a group makes me the caregiver that I am. I look forward to speaking/meeting with you.
