I have grown up with younger siblings and babysat as a teenager. I worked in a Residential Treatment Center for teenage girls with learning disabilities and other emotional and behavioral struggles for 3. 5 years. I learned a lot there about interacting with other people, caring for children, parenting styles, and relationships with others.
This experience has helped me with my most recent job while starting graduate school (part-time nanny for a 5 and 2-year-old) and helped me see that I am confident in my ability to lovingly and safely care for any children in any situation.
