Since moving to Georgia a year ago, I have been a part-time nanny for a very sweet family with 2 young children. I am continuing with them, but am looking for a little extra work. In the five years previous to my recent move, I worked about 32 hours a week for a family with 4 children. I helped the stay-at-home mom with some homeschooling; childcare; and household tasks such as laundry, dishes, sorting and packing for a move. I also babysat sporadically for another family for 6 years, along with being their 1-day-a-week housekeeper for 1 year. Both mothers are willing to provide a reference. The children's ages in both families ranged from 6 months to 5 years when I began, and from 4 to 10 years old.
