I have been a babysitter for the past two years. I love children of any age and I also love pets! I was an early education major at Westfield State University but I changed after a year to psychology. I now hope to be a child therapist or school guidance counselor. For the past five years, I have volunteered at a Camp in Maine.The camp is a place for terminally ill children and their families to escape the hospital. There, I am a one-on-one counselor. I work with one child who has extra needs and or can be more difficult to work with. As for other experience, I worked as a toddler teacher at an Early Learning Center in Worcester. I loved my time there and had a classroom of seven toddlers along with one other teacher. This was a temporary summer job and this year I hope to have a more flexible schedule. While at school, I babysit twins. They are 16 months old and very full of life. I watch them from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and during that time I am responsible for feedings, diapering, entertainment, bathing, and taking care of the dog.

As for my personal qualities, I love to cook and I love to bake. I am a dancer and a member of my school's dance team. I am also a member of RHA (residents hall association) where I hold the position of Vice President of Programming and Publicity. I like to think of myself as a glorified event planner for my school's residents halls. I am fun loving and bubbly, so I love to do fun things and be active! I am very creative and can usually entertain anyone. I have great confidence in my childcare abilities and working with multiple children and or pets.
