Elizabeth has been working with us for the last year and has been wonderful. She has helped watch our 2 children and dog and often goes above and beyond what we expected with light cleaning, cooking for the kids, driving them to activities and school, and doing their laundry. My kids LOVE her and look forward to the days with her. Even my daughter's preschool teacher raved about how fantastic Elizabeth is and how lucky we are to have her. She is on time, stays late if we need her, and has been very flexible with the schedule and times we needed her. She keeps me updated on what they do during the day and appropriately disciplines them with "time outs" when they are acting out. She is extremely kind, imaginative, and very active with them. They go to the zoo, Sea World, parks, beach, riding bikes, etc. She is very responsive to my direction and specific requests with the kids. She is very creative with activities and puzzles and arts and crafts and I feel like my girls are always learning something with her. This was really important to me as I did not want someone who just sat the kids in front of the TV. She has also house sat for us and watched the dog while we were out of town. She is reliable and trustworthy and amazing with kids (and pets). We are unfortunately moving out of the state this summer, otherwise we would have definitely hired her on for another year.
