I am a 20-year-old college student and I grew up in a family of four children, myself being the eldest. I have looked after and cared for my three younger siblings since I was a toddler, so I have been looking after children virtually my whole life. I began baby-sitting other people's children my freshman year of high school. I watched two young girls (when I began they were about 3 and 5 years old) every Friday and on an as-needed basis for about three years. I have also been baby-sitting a 5-year-old girl off and on for about two years. Three years ago I started baby-sitting for a family with two children, one 2-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl. I would watch them from about 8 a.m. -12 p.m. during the summer while the mother worked from home. I also began baby-sitting for a family in my neighborhood last year on an as-needed basis. They have three boys aged 1, 4, and 6. I have the most experience with young children, ages 1-6. I have been around children of all ages, but the only experience with children over the age of 6 has been with my siblings and their friends. I am very artistic and love arts and crafts. I also love animals!
