I love working with kids! I'm educated and involved in the artist community, so I enjoy encouraging kids to be creative, whether drawing, painting, building Legos or sandcastles on the beach, using their imaginations, or even singing. I'm very active, so I like to encourage kids to be active, even if it's just walking to the library. I try to facilitate anything that they show an interest in (besides the television).

Most recently, I have been babysitting for three separate families, two with 4-5yr old girls and one with boys 8-11yrs old. I have also (in Northern California) worked for two separate families with 4 kids each (4 girls in one, 4 boys in the other).

I am also great with animals! I am not scared by any breed of dogs and can house sit and take care of most animals - always following your instructions! Cats, dogs, fish and horses. I currently dog sit for 2 Rottweilers, one of which has a bite history.

When I babysit, if kids have nap time or they are watching a movie, I am good at cleaning up and organizing if needed.

Please note that site doesn't allow me to properly notate a few areas: travel distance varies - to regular job site, 10-15 miles; willing to travel with kids or family if necessary - distance not limited. I am also looking for pet sitting jobs!

I also work well with kids going through trauma - divorce, loss of family member, etc. Special needs always fine with proper instruction from parents, of course.

I prefer to work with just one or two children for now, but can handle more depending on the situation. I can also help out with elderly parents - just ask!
