I have been a nanny for the past four years and without a doubt it continues to be the most satisfying work I could do. I love children and I truly enjoy working and caring for them. I relate to children exceptionally well and I find the time I spend with them rewarding and fulfilling. My childcare duties include infant care, helping with a sleep schedule, bathing, feeding, clothing, and preparing bottles.

Regarding toddlers and older children, helping in daily care, supervision and education. I arrange play dates, encourage the child to participate in different activities that are age appropriate, help with homework, taking the children to and from school, lessons, and appointments.

I run errands, drive, tidy up after the children, play, stay overnight or more, and supervise the children when both parents are traveling. I have worked for families with both parents working out of the home and I also worked alongside mothers who are home part-time or full-time. I am equally comfortable taking care of children
with their parents at home or with parents who work full-time outside of the home. My goals as a nanny are to insure the safety and well-being of the child and to develop a good relationship with the children, parents and other individuals. I strive to be dependable, thoughtful and creating a fun, safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for the children whom I am a nanny.
