I have been blessed to be a part-time nanny for two children (ages 2 and 5) in their home since October 2011. This sweet family's needs have now changed and so I am looking for another part-time opportunity to care for and nurture God's greatest gift of children. Prior to that position, I was a full-time nanny for two boys (ages 3 and 4-1/2) for over 10 months and then cared for their newborn brother on a part-time basis while the mom was on maternity leave. I have also been a temporary caregiver for other families (toddler-aged children - one with special needs) and part-time as an infant caregiver in a preschool. I also worked in a private Christian preschool for three years as lead teacher for a 2-year-old class, assistant teacher for a 3-year-old class, as well as office manager/bookkeeper for the school. During that time, I also ran a paid childcare service over school breaks and summer vacation through my church. I have volunteered at my church with various children's ministries including teaching and VBS. The children that I care for become like my "honorary" grandchildren and are treated with the same love and care as my own. I have a passion for children of all ages and would love to care for yours!

I enjoy being a free-lance photographer and really love to photograph children (especially my grandchildren!) I love spending time with my family including my four precious grandchildren (ages 3-7). I have a love for all animals and am "mom" to a 7-year-old Labrador-Shepherd mix.
