I had the pleasure of interviewing Diana and she is a very responsible and energetic caretaker. Her son is very intelligent and she practices flash cards with him on a daily basis, something she offered to do with my own son as well. She encourages activities such as arts and crafts, reading, and collaborative play rather than relying on television and technology for play time. She would be a great candidate for anyone looking for childcare!

Diana cared for my two children (age 2 and 4 when she started) for a year. She is a very responsible and wonderful nanny. She cared for our children in our home and brought her little boy with her. She became an extended family to us and our kids are best friends. She's dependable and never called in sick or unavailable for work without sufficient notice. We came home to happy kids and a picked up home. Diana is not your typical 21-year-old. She's a mom herself and takes that role seriously. We never had to be concerned about her being out too late the night before. We trust her immensely. She took the children on outings (art class, the park, indoor entertainment facility, etc.). We hope to continue a relationship with her as both a sitter and a friend! She comes highly recommended. Diana initially applied to my job, however when I replied to her she took several days to get back to me, even though I often saw her online. I then tried to call her and again, it took some time for her to return my call. We decided to meet, she told me she was flexible and could meet almost anytime with a few hours notice so I called her the day before and hoped to meet the next morning. I am still waiting for that call back - it has been 4 days. Needless to say I won't be taking that call.
