Hi, I grew up in Lithuania, a country full of history, nature and deeply caring family traditions. I was always taught to be loving, respectful and caring to other people and I feel strongly about it. I believe in simple things: I treat others as I would like to be treated. Children are no exception. They are individuals with feelings, their own way of doing things and different character. Respect in every aspect is a key, as I have learned through the years of working with families. I learn even more now, once I've became a mother myself. I think that being a nanny is not only taking care of a child's feeding, play-time and dropping off at school. This job is based on trusting relationships with parents and children and providing the most important early education - structure, culture, reading, crafts, training of imagination and creativity in every way. The biggest joy I feel when a child is successful in things I had a chance to be a part of his learning process. I am looking forward for yet another great relationship and another bunch of happy busy children!
