My name is Destinee. I am a very reliable, mature and caring person. Working with kids and watching/helping them develop is my true passion. I currently work as a full-time nanny for 3 amazing children. Before accepting my current job in June 2012, I worked at a preschool. My job there was co-teaching in the 2.5-year-old classroom. In my position, I have prepared all activities. With that said, I have a file cabinet full of projects and activities that I loved to keep doing! I also do a program they offer at the preschool for extended-day preschoolers, which is mixed age group from 2 - 6-year-olds. I have babysat for 7 years. I currently babysit for 4 families on an as needed basis. I love all the families I babysit for and they all seem to really adore me. When I babysit, it's important to me to engage and interact with the children the most I can. Sometimes that means being a character in their play, helping with homework and playing board games! I also really love bringing art projects and going on mini field trips. I am CPR/First Aid certified and have 20+ hours in education classes also.
