Hello first of all my name is Desideria, Desi for short. I have been around children all my life. I have worked at a Montessori school for two years which is located in the heart of Denver. The ages of the children are from 2 1/2 to 6 years old. As a teacher's assistant I would assist our lead classroom teacher such as circle time/group time, art projects, music, and filed trips. I would also assist in the lunch room, nap room, and after school room/playground. I'm very passionate with working with children. Children are our future. As a individual who will be with your child all the time I take great pride helping you raise your child/children. I love learning new things and teaching others as well. As of right now with my education I determined I want to obtain my Group Leaders as well as a Child Education Directors License. I'm in the process of enrolling at The Community College of Aurora for fall 2011 also obtaining my Montessori Training Certificate. I'm so much excited about all of this.
