I was a Registered Nurse in Maryland before moving to Florida 4 1/2 years ago with my now 15-year-old daughter. I specialized in Pediatrics from newborn nursery and NICU to general and rehabilitative pediatrics to adolescent psychiatry. I was a nanny for 2 1/2 years in Maryland where I worked with a family with 4 children, ages 1 1/2 to 13 years old. My duties included very light cooking/meal preparation, feeding, changing diapers, helping with homework, entertainment, as well as picking them up from school and taking them wherever they needed to go. I love pets and I do not smoke. I have a dependable car. I have volunteered in my daughter's elementary and middle schools, was in leadership positions, and a member of the PTSA. I am extremely organized and communicate well. I was on the honor roll all through high school, college, and nursing school, so I feel well qualified to help with homework. I am loyal, patient, kind, reliable, proficient, quick to smile, and loving. I am flexible-I am open to working some evenings and occasional weekends.
