My name is Debbie, some call me Nanny. I have been caring for children for the past 21 years. I have 5 children of my own ages 10 - 23. Two still live at home ages 10 and 14. I absolutely love being a Nanny and have had many different types of positions. My responsibilities have ranged from childcare alone to doing errands, household duties, and taking children to and from school and activities. I have some Nursing back round but have decided to continue doing what I love best, being a professional Nanny, caring for children on a personal level. I am very easy going and am very willing to adapt to all kinds of family arrangements. I have extensive experience with newborns. I have cared for medically fragile infants and colicky infants, as well as multiples. I am excellent at getting young children on a good schedule. My main focus is always the child or children and their needs. Any additional tasks come after their needs have been met. I love going to the park, zoo, or just a little bit of Monkey Joe's. I am very creative and have all kinds of arts and crafts I can do with your child or children. Home work help and tutoring are also something I pride myself on. Discipline is also very important when caring for children but my ideal plan is to follow the preference of the parents so the children have a sense of continuity.
