Hello! I'm the mother of four grown children, and also a professional elementary school teacher. All my life, caring for children has been a joyous occupation for me, beginning with my early days as an older sister, teenage babysitter and camp counselor to more recent times spent babysitting my nieces and nephews, friend's children and, of course, my own four kids. In the past, I have served as a Sunday School teacher, Cub Scout den leader and home-school teacher. I was a stay-at-home mother to my four children (two boys and two girls) for over 20 years, before returning to college to earn my teaching license. (I'm a professionally-certified elementary school teacher, currently unemployed due to the hiring freeze on teaching positions in this area.)

I will provide childcare for newborns to early teens, as well as household tasks such as laundry and light housework. Meals, bath time, play-dates, doctor appointments, trips to the pool, outings to the park... I'll handle it all for you while you are at work. I am energetic, kind, patient, nurturing and alert--I will care for your little ones as if they were my very own.
