I am 18 years of age and have been watching three children for four years. When I started the first child was just 2 years old, the second five, and the third was seven. I am very good with children. I also work with children everyday at school. The class I work with each day has about 10 students who have ADHD. I'm good with children. I tend to understand them and they like that I treat them as if they are older. I tend to give a little leave way with the children I watch and help. I let them get to know me and trust me. I believe if they trust me it makes it so much easier for them to want to have a babysitter present. I've also watched a few newborns along the way. I grew up being the oldest child in my household. There's five younger than me and I just understand children.
