Hi my name is Danielle. I am a single mom of a 3 year old boy. I have been working with and caring for children ages preemie to five years of age for 10+ years. I have all my clearances and they are all up to date. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have references. I have worked with mentally disabled children, abused children as well as in learning centers and Montessori schools. Children are my world. I am that person going down the slide with your child. With children I believe and have proved that the earlier you begin to teach the better off they are but I make learning fun. For example at 9 months old my son knew his Abc's and could count to 25 and knew his shapes and colors. At now at three and he is a normal 3 year old he reads chapter books, can add, and much more. I love arts and crafts and playing pretend. I think I have read every children's book in history and there aren't many songs I don't know. I am very skilled at caring for multiple children giving them all equal attention. I have all the patience in the world and never give up. I have gotten colic newborns to stop crying simply by holding them. I use discipline technique according to age and act i.e. distraction time out or loss of privileges followed by discussion of what was done wrong and what I expect from them in the future and a hug. I am a child advocate against child abuse and attend online school for my degree in child psychology. Unfortunately I do not have a license.
