I am interested in helping families thrive by assisting in keeping all members connected to each other and in sync, especially the children. I work day time hours and evening/overnight and weekend hours providing childcare in a home away from home Bronx, NY location. I am state certified and inspected, carrying a license that enables me to care for up to 8 children. I have experience working with children 6 weeks-12 years old. I am a licensed Family Daycare Provider in addition to working with children my entire life. I am the second eldest of 6 siblings that I help grow and raise, one of which is diagnosed with Down Syndrome. I have worked in daycare centers, tutoring programs, after school facilities and the children's section of the public library since age 14. I have a 3-year-old son as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins I have cared for. I have worked as a full time stay at home mom performing such tasks as reading to children to ensure they gain literacy skills, staying alert during late-night feedings, illnesses and Colic crying spells for hours at a time, administer medications, coordinate, organize and effectively plan extracurricular activities, play dates and children's parties. I vacuum, dust and maintain a clean home. I manage money, shop economically, plan and prepare healthy meals and ensure that children are
fed, clean, clothed and loved.
