Dana interviewed with me two days before I needed her to babysit my daughter. She seemed like an excellent candidate, very friendly and worked well with my daughter. Come the day of her job, she never showed up, called or texted. Needless to say, I was late for work and very fortunate that my brother had the day off to watch my daughter.

I did not mean to no call no show. I went to my family's house the day before and that night my grandfather had a massive heart attack. I was in the hospital all day long the next day and the following night. I am very responsible person but I do but my family first.
