Hi! I am a part-time nanny/assistant home care provider. I am currently a college student striving to earn my BSN to become a registered Nurse. I have 7 years of babysitting experience, 6 months of paid daycare service, 1 year of volunteering in the Church nursery and I volunteered as a teacher's assistant at our church's VBS camp. I absolutely adore children. I have experience with many different age groups from infants to middle-schoolers. I am a registered EMT-B and CNA so you will have no worries that you're children are in safe hands. I have developed much patience and a level head from my experience working at the Fire department. This last year I spent at the Air Force Academy. My year of military service taught me many wonderful things. For example, keeping things clean and organized was absolutely one of them! I have been a military brat my whole life and I have a deep appreciation for the sacrifices of our military families.
I have 3 siblings, all of which have been home schooled. My youngest brother is 5 years old and is reading, writing and doing math on a 2nd-3rd Grade level. So, if you have advanced children, or those that get easily excited and can be a little hyper, I have taught, loved and lived with a Pre-k kid just like that! I have tutored kids up into 9th Grade, I'm willing to help out with homework and projects, and I feel education is very important. I enjoy doing tons of fun arts and crafts, from basics to more time consuming (bigger kid) ones.
I am a fixer. I can replace sinks, install carpeting, paint, put up baseboards, so little house hold fix-it issues are not a problem for me. I helped my Dad over two summers build the basement in our home from scratch and start remodeling the foreclosure he had bought. So along with cleaning I can fix and repair almost anything. I can easily run to do grocery shopping and errands, pick kids up and drop off from school and other activities. I have a clean driving record, not a single ticket or accident, so you're precious cargo will be safe. I am big into sports, lacrosse, soccer hockey football, gymnastics, cheer. For all your wonderful little athletes they will have one more fan!
