I have six years' experience working with children 2 years and up, including special needs for a boy on the autistic spectrum. I have also been employed as a direct child care worker in a homeless shelter for teenagers and was a volunteer tutor in Language Arts. I can begin at 2 p.m. and can stay late in the evening, if necessary. I enjoy playing board games, playing baseball and other outdoor activities, helping your child with reading and writing skills, engaging in educational activities, and reading to your child. If there's any interest, I will teach your child to cook - it's never too young to start! I have my own car, am a non-smoker, and pet friendly. I am also available on short notice on the weekends.
