I am experienced and available to fulfill this child care position.

I have been a successful preschool teacher/after school child care provider and Christian school director for the last 9 years, teaching grades prekindergarten to first grade. Due to a lack of funding, our school did not re-open, and I decided not to join another school setting. My written duties as a teacher were to teach Phonics, Arithmetic, Bible verses and songs to the 3 to 5-year-old students.

I successfully taught dance, etiquette, arts and crafts, social studies, and science to the little ones as well. Not only did each of my students move on to other public and private schools, but they were more than prepared for the curriculum offered at their new schools.

After school care included, but not limited to games, music, walks and arts and crafts, and continued securing the safety of each little one bestowed to my care.

My experience as an infant child care provider includes, but not limited to bathing, feeding, providing age-appropriate play, songs, cognitive stimuli, assisting with motor skills and providing safe and nurturing care for infants and toddlers.

I am good with infants and toddlers, as not only have I raised four children of my own but I helped others raise their children, and I have two loving grandchildren. I am very protective of little ones.

I have been an on-stage actress, danced in a liturgical dance ministry, and I am a vocalist so the arts are encouraged if you so wish. I also encourage reading, starting during early years.

I have my 90-hour child care certification for infants and toddlers, and yearly updated workshop hours to keep certification as a senior staff/child care director qualifications.

I am First Aid/CPR certified (adults, infants, and toddlers).
