Crystal R.

Crystal R. has been our full-time nanny since September. She has cared for our infant twins since they were just 3 months old and has been an excellent caregiver. She has developed a very special relationship with the children, and we will miss her. We must say goodbye to Crystal because the kids are entering daycare/pre-school. Crystal is reliable and conscientious. She arrives on time and gets right to work caring for the babies. She clearly enjoys being with the children, and they love being with her as well. They smile big whenever they see her coming through the door in the morning! Crystal makes sure that play time is both fun and constructive for the babies. She plays music, sings, and teaches them to clap, play instruments and move to the rhythm. They laugh and learn and enjoy their time together each day. Crystal is also diligent about making sure the kids have their naps and their meals on schedule, and she follows any special instructions she is given. She is very observant about the babies' likes and dislikes, their new skills, and other developments - like a new tooth coming in or a particularly gassy tummy. She reports daily on the babies' activities, as well as her own observations as they grow and change. She pays special attention to their daily behavior, and I can rely on her for helpful suggestions about their care. Crystal is always helpful around the house. She makes sure the kitchen stays in order and bottles are washed. She does laundry for the babies, and keeps them looking clean and tidy! She keeps play areas neat and never leaves a mess. We have come to rely on Crystal very much regarding the care of our children, and we trust her intuition and her advice. She is very mature and knowledgeable about childcare, health and safety. She is also a very caring and considerate individual, who clearly loves children and enjoys seeing them happy and healthy. We recommend Crystal's skills as a nanny. She is trustworthy and kind and provides excellent care to our children.
