I'm an 18-year-old girl graduated from high school in June 2011. While I was in high school, I was in a teaching academy which gave us the ability to go to an elementary school to give us some experience with kids. We managed to help the teacher with students of 25-30, get organized for a lesson, help children with classwork , sometimes the teacher would even let us manage the classroom on our own. I was in that program for two and a half years and it gave me experience to work with kids, be patience with them and understand them. I also help babysit my 3-year-old nephew and he's a handful but I manage to get the job done. I just love being around kids. They are so fun, energetic, and always have stories and I always go along with them.
