I previously owned and operated a New York state licensed daycare center which provided care for children from birth - 7 years old. I also have been a full time nanny for the military for multiple returning soldiers as they attended workshops for 3 day periods to allow them to focus on their marriage and transitioning back into their family life. I have an extensive background working with children who are emotionally and developmentally disabled/delayed, from my experience as a foster parent and working in the human services field as a case manager. I love children and truly appreciate what they bring to my life. I prefer being outside and engaging children in creative play and finding ways they can naturally build their self confidence.
