In the fall of 2013 I will be a Junior at the University of Northern Iowa. I am majoring in Speech Pathology and Spanish. I love kids and hope to work with them in my future career. I am very involved with campus activities and volunteer opportunities. I have been babysitting my little brother since I was 13 years old and until he was old enough to care for himself. Last summer I cared for a 12-year-old boy with special needs and had other babysitting jobs on the side. I have babysat for children ranging from 3-12 years old. I love working with children and doing activities that they enjoy. I love to spend my summers outdoors so I am willing to take children to the park, the pool, or other outdoor locations. I would also be willing to go to the movies or spend the day reading good books and doing fun arts and crafts.
