I started my child care experience at the age of 15. I then started working for a Summer Camp program. I took care of children that have just graduated kindergarten to 4th grade. It ran for 6 weeks, 5 days a week from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. My responsibilities as a leader was to make sure the children were entertained, coming up with new activities to play, making sure all the children were safe on trips, and having fun.

I also worked at a Fitness Center in their Child Care room. My responsibilities there were to make sure the children were having fun, occasionally help with homework, and to feed infants.

On top of working the Summer Camp and Fitness Center, I babysit occasionally for my neighbor and other families. The youngest I have babysat for was 6 months old, the oldest I have babysat for was 12 years old, and all ages in-between. The most children I have babysat at one time was 5.
