I'm a 19-year-old college student with 7+ years of babysitting experience. I've taken two babysitting classes and I have been certified for CPR 4 times. I go to school two days a week. I also work part time at the movie theaters. As for my availability, it is very flexible. If you give me enough notice I can just request that day off from work. My experience is with all ages and I have babysit up to 4 kids at one time. I have had a drivers license for 3 years and I also have my own car. I love babysitting because I am still a kid at heart. I like coloring and watching cartoons and using my imagination. I have a younger sister and lots and lots of younger cousins. I live with a 4-year-old, an 8-year-old, and a 12-year-old. In high school I got straight A's and I'd be happy to help tutor your child if needed. I am majoring in liberal arts and wish to be a second or third grade teacher. I charge $10-15 an hour. I find this is reasonable because I do have lots of experience and I go above and beyond to be the best babysitter I can be. I mostly charge $10 but there are certain circumstances where I have charged $15: three or more kids or kids that do not behave or if you will be gone overnight. I have had bad experiences in the past with being paid incredibly low rates (like $30 to babysit from 7-3 a.m. ) and I do not want that to ever happen again. I am always willing to negotiate, however.
