Courtney nannied for our children (3 months and 3 years) full time. I had an opportunity to stay home with my children. If this change had not happened we would have continued to employ Courtney. Courtney was not only on time but ALWAYS early! I was impressed by her time management and consistency with the children's routine and schedule. Courtney always remained flexible as needed with her day to day schedule, including, driving the kids to meet me to their appointments. She was always open with sharing her suggestion and concerns as requested by us to work together in caring for our children. We never had to question how our children were doing which is very important as a working parent! Our infant also has health concerns in which Courtney confidentially made sure all her needs were met and if she had questions, always checked in with me. I recommend hiring Courtney for short or long term child care needs.
