I have more than 15 years of experience taking care of children of all ages. I have excellent references and have been with a number of families for many years, since their children were infants, and I love watching them grow up.

I love reading to children, taking them to the playground, museums, and the library, and playing games with them. I enjoy helping them learn and grow. I love to see each child's unique personality developing. I've been fortunate enough to remain part of the lives of a number of children who no longer need child care but who have come to see me as akin to an aunt, and have invited me to events ranging from school performances to coming-of-age ceremonies. I feel especially grateful when I get to become an honorary member of the family!

I should state up front that I don't drive, so I mainly watch children in Squirrel Hill and nearby neighborhoods that are accessible by bus or on foot. Nevertheless, I have a lot of experience with picking children up from school or camp and taking them to lessons, play dates, etc. on foot or by bus.
