My name is Corey. In December 2011, I graduated with my BA in Social Science. I have great respect for working mothers, but at this time, I feel that it is in the best interest of my family for me to stay home. I am married and have two daughters, a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old. When my oldest daughter was younger, I was a nanny for a little boy a year younger than her and it was a wonderful experience for both of them. In fact, I have had the blessing of watching for several families over the years. I began babysitting in middle school and continued to babysit through college even after starting my own family. I also had the opportunity to work at a church nursery and I have volunteered with several children's programs. I am comfortable with newborns and older children alike.

Just to share a little bit more about myself; at this time, I work a few hours each week as a personal trainer. Health and wellness has always been important to me. I also enjoy music. I love singing to my children and I play the guitar as well. My girls and I also love reading. I believe that children thrive in structure but learn best through play.
