I was a licensed Childcare Provider for 11 years in the state of Maryland. My home was set up for my daycare where I cared for six or more children each day plus my three children.

I really had fun with the kids. We went to the park, library, small trips like the zoo, farms, a chip factory, museums, etc.
I really care about children they are our future! I set up a schedule for activities and meals. I sadly had to give up my daycare due to back surgeries. All my children had already found new childcare by the time I recovered so I decided to do something new. Eventually I knew I would miss the kids and want to get back into childcare again. I do work for our local college right now for one night per week assisting in childcare for parents attending classes for their Healthy Marriage classes. I am a parent but my children are grown one son and twin daughters.
