For the past two years, I was a full time, live-out Nanny for triplets(now age three) and their older sister. I became the "queen" of multitasking! I work above and beyond employers' expectations. Duties included: tidying up the household, doing dishes/laundry, teaching triplets to pick up after themselves, dressing themselves, teaching triplets and sister to share, preparing three well-balanced meals, potty-training, bathing, instilling good values, praise/discipline as required. We cuddled on the couch as we read books. They rode their tricycles to the park and ate lunch. We learned new songs and finger plays, created simple art projects, colored and cut pictures, and learned the ABC's, colors, and our shapes. The triplets loved to copy one another by dancing, playing dress-ups, or going grocery shopping with their dolls. Their energy was endless. Prior to this position, I had an in-home day care for 10 years. Families bonded closely with me and were long-term. I have an impeccable solid work history with excellent references. My care includes lots of hugs and praise, individual one-on-one attention, age appropriate education and crafts, indoor/outdoor games and activities, holiday/birthday parties, and trips to the library or park.

I believe in mutual respect, open communication, and honesty for long-term success. I engage with children easily and comfort them while their parents are away. Our days are filled with fun activities to promote happiness.
