I am Christine. I am 24 years old. I am an Iona College graduate. I have 10 years experience in the babysitting/ child care field. I have taken numerous college level courses in Child Development and Childhood Education. I have worked as a private part-time babysitter, a private full-time nanny, and I have also worked for a preschool/ daycare and as a camp counselor.

I have two nephews who are 2 years old, and I have a niece who is 13. I also have a younger brother. I have been around and taken care of children since a young age. I am responsible, reliable, trustworthy, honest, organized, patient, and nurturing. I have many teacher like qualities. I know how to be stern when needed, and compassionate or comforting. I enjoy watching children learn and grow, and be engaged in activities, games, books, puzzles and more.

I do not believe in the television as a babysitter, and would much rather be doing a craft, playing a sport, or reading a book with the children. Healthy snacks and meal prep are not an issue. I am comfortable in the kitchen and have been told that I am a good cook. I am creative and passionate when it comes to working with children. It is my niche in life, and I discovered this at a young age.
