I am excited to share my resume and a little bit about myself with you in hopes you would consider me for a position as a live-in nanny.

I am committed to children and making a positive difference in their lives. I have enjoyed opportunities to work with diverse groups of children in both private and public school classrooms and early learning centers.

I am sensitive to the individual needs of children and it is my passion to make certain each child is provided the love, assistance, encouragement and praise they need in order to feel nurtured and secure as well as for successful learning to happen.

My interests include writing, art, photography, history and outdoor activities. I get great joy out of watching as children are amazed and learn from the world around them! I am 45 years old, was born in Washington, D. C. and with the exception of a few years, have lived in suburban Maryland my whole life. I have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record. I was at one point certified in infant CPR, but believe I may need to renew that certification and am willing to do so. I have been fingerprinted and background checked by the Archdiocese of Washington as I was previously employed at a Catholic school. (No longer because of budget cuts.)
