I have been a nanny for approximately 10 years. I am 28 years old and engaged to be married this September! I am currently working 2 days a week, 12-13 hours a day with 2 children, ages 4 (boy) and 2 (girl). I have been with their family for almost 4 years. I am the oldest of 5 siblings, and helped raise my youngest brother. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with 4 families, children's gender and ages varying from a 12-year-old girl, 2-year-old twins (boy & girl), 6 yr old boy & 3 yr old girl, and a newborn.

I have worked part time and full time, my duties range from food shopping and errands to bathing, feeding, and educating and amusing the children by reading and taking them on outings. This is the only genre of work that I have done that allows me to actually say "I love my job!" I take my responsibilities very seriously and I love the rewarding feeling that being a nanny gives me.

I am a goal oriented person, have a great professional attitude and am a highly motivated individual. I have worked in a home setting and school setting with children of various ages and look forward to expanding my experience. I am also a volunteer varsity (7th and 8th grade) cheerleading coach for a school on Staten Island.
