Hello, my name is Christina! I have been working with children for the past 12 years. The bulk of my experience comes from teaching preschool, ages 15 months to 5 years of age. I also was a nanny through college with children ages 1-10. It really takes a special type of personality to work with children, and I absolutely have it! My patience, my big heart, and my wonderful smile go a long way. I love engaging into activities with children whether it be through reading stories, singing songs, arts and crafts, and playing games or sports.

As a preschool teacher, I was not only in charge of weekly lesson planning for the 4 and 5-year-old classroom, but I also was in charge of setting up outside games and activities for the after-school care program, which encompassed children ages 6-12. As a preschool teacher, it is crucial to keep the momentum of the classroom moving in order to maintain the children's focus. It's also even more crucial to have an eye out everywhere for hazards! My eyes, ears and hands are always alert!

During my experiences as a nanny I was able to develop and maintain wonderful relationships. Being able to watch a child grow year after year brings warm memories.
