Growing up with a large family molded me into the care taker I've become. I learned that each child needs to be treated equally, with a mixture of love and discipline. For the past three years of my life I have practically raised my nephew. He was born 2 and a half months premature so baby-sitting him required me to stay up with him when he would get sick, being able to determine whether or not a doctors visit was necessary, feeding him starting with formula on to canned baby food and then to real "grownup" food. Not only do I know how to treat babies, I also know how to look after preteens/teenagers. I was a Sunday school teacher and my church where I taught 5th and 6th graders their way around the bibles stories.

I like/want to baby-sit because I enjoy spending time with kids (no I'm not crazy :D) each and everyone of them are different with different personalities and I want to help them develop more into themselves.
