I am a fun-loving, caring, warm, experienced, and responsible nanny and babysitter looking for a regular part time nannying position (~5-8 hours/week) and occasional babysitting in San Francisco.

A little bit about me: I have been caring for children for over 13 years now. Being the oldest girl of all my cousins, I knew I had a caring and nurturing side and was quick to start babysitting at the age of 13. Over the years, caring for children has been a consistent part of my life. I have cared for children of all ages-- from 6 weeks to 13 years old; babysitting, tutoring and teaching flute lessons while in Middle and High School and nannying, babysitting, and being a mother's assistant throughout college and into the present. Most recently, I have cared for young children (ages 6 weeks- 4 years) but love to care for older children as well.

I am a loving, caring, organized, and happy person and I cherish the energy, curiosity, and love that children bring. I believe in engaging children on a personal and emotional level. I care for each child I work with as my own. In 2009 I graduated with my B. S. in Education and Social Policy, with a concentration on Human Development and Psychological Services at Northwestern University. I believe that this training along with my heart and love for children uniquely qualifies me to be an exceptional childcare provider.

I am CPR certified (both infant and adult) and can provide my own transportation with a valid California driver's license and insurance. I am looking for a family near the Inner Parkside/West Portal area, but am willing to drive for the right family. I also can cook, provide creative and educational activities, oversee and help with evening/bedtime routines, and do housework.

I am available to nanny and baby-sit on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, Sunday afternoons and evenings, and occasional Friday and Saturday evenings. I would love to find a family who I can help out regularly in the afternoons as well as a few families who I can baby-sit occasionally in the evenings.
