I have been babysitting for over 8 years now, and I worked with children at my past job as a swim teacher for five years. During this time, I have cared for young babies around 1, up to young adults. In the past, I have worked for families with as many as five children, so I am familiar with large family settings and can easily adapt to any situation. With the past families I have worked for, I have driven their children to extracurricular activities, taken them home from school, prepared dinner, helped with homework, and gotten them ready for bed. I used to tutor English and Reading in high school and was even training to become an ESL (English as a Second Language teacher), until I realized I love many aspects of the business world. I enjoy swimming, tennis, being outdoors, videos games, baking, and crafty things. I have also taken kids to the Detroit Zoo, out for laser tag, bowling, mini golfing, mini kart racing, to the park to play soccer, batting cages, and just going to public parks on nice afternoons. I am currently only looking to work date nights and weekend hours because of my full time school schedule.
