I am 19 years old, and have been caring for children since I was 12. I began working as a mothers helper until I moved when I was 14. At age 14 I had a four day a week standing sitting job where I cared for a 9-year-old child. My responsibilities for that job included walking to get her from school, giving her snack, ensuring her homework was done, and making her dinner. The other sitting job I had was one to two days a week where I would watch a 1-year-old and a special needs 6-year-old. My responsibilities for that job includes, to care of the special dietary and behavioral needs of the 6-year-old and to feed and take care of the baby. I helped with homework and did some household chores, I was able to take the children out and to swimming lessons etc. I have also had various other sitting jobs between these jobs, some of which did include working with special needs children and infants. I do know CPR and I am able to accommodate all schedules. I love kids and I am a very caring and responsible person.
