I love nannying! I come from a big military family where being on a structured schedule is important. My mother ran an amazing day care for 10 years so she taught me very well. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I helped out in children's ministry at churches. I have also helped mothers that were part of the local "Moms Clubs" with their children; picking them up from school, helping with homework and preparing meals. I have experience with taking care of twins; getting them up in the morning, getting them dressed, making breakfast and taking them to preschool. I have been an assistant and helped other moms run day cares. I did craft time, story time and helped prepare snacks. I was a nanny for a year, I took care of three little boys all under the age of 10 years old. I helped put them on a structured schedule. I taught them to always get up in the morning and brush their teeth, make their beds and clean their rooms. If they were well behaved for the week, I made cookies for them on Fridays. I have had a variety of child care jobs from taking care of a lovely newborn baby and a family with 3 pretty girls. I love to take kids on field trips to the community pool, park and other fun places. I helped with homework, gave baths and put them to bed at a appropriate time. I also helped with laundry, light housecleaning and worked on weekends so parents could have date nights.
