Hello, my name is Chanda. That's pronounced sh and rhymes with panda. I have worked with children and teens for over 20 years now. My background in working with kids is varied and diverse. I spent many summers as a camp counselor, providing fun camp experiences for children and teens ages 8 to 18. I am a certified elementary teacher who has worked in the school system as both a full-time and substitute teacher from kindergarten through 5th grade. I've taught full and part-time in the classroom for kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade classrooms. I have about 3 years experience working with infants and toddlers in daycare or nursery settings. I have also been a Physical Education assistant for two school years. Recently, I have worked on cruise ships as youth staff. That role included providing fun games and activities for children and teens during their cruise vacations.
