I am a Special Education major at High Point University and will begin my senior year in the fall. Throughout high school I babysat for 3 different families. One family had 3 boys ranging in age from 6-11. I kept a little boy who was 3 at the time who was Autistic. I also babysat a little girl who was 2 when I started and kept her until she was about to be 4. I also worked at a child care center for over a year. The age groups I worked with ranged from infants to Pre-K. For a large portion of my time at the daycare I worked with infants, toddlers, and 2-year-olds. Through my major I am also with children on a daily basis when school is in session. These children are usually in the elementary age group.
