Cece was fabulous with our daughter who is three months old. Cece was loving and gentle, with tons of experience with babies. I could sense her extensive childcare experience from the minute she started to engage with our daughter during the initial interview. Cece spoke gently with her, was extremely contentious about diapering, and gave her loads of affection. I'm confident that while we were out, Cece was engaging with our daughter the whole time: talking with her, singing to her, telling her stories, encouraging her to sit up, helping her with little baby calisthenics, etc. Cece also texted us several times throughout the evening with updates. We definitely will be hiring Cece again. Our hope is that our daughter will develop a long-term relationship with Cece over the course of many years.
